About Me

I am invested in supporting clients through the complexities and gifts of all stages of life with compassion and curiosity. My clinical practice is influenced by psychodynamics, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. With a relational emphasis, I guide sessions using a strengths-based approach that honors the client’s experiences alongside the wisdom of their body. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, grief/loss, ADHD/neurodivergence, religious trauma/spiritual abuse, and relational conflict.

In addition to formal schooling, my practice is shaped by extensive training in Russian Martial Arts (Systema), which uses breath and embodied awareness to work with fear in the body and psyche, towards healing the whole self.

I am passionate about making art, dancing, turning the backyard into a jungle sanctuary, and bringing humor into every day.
